Contract Maintenance Packages

Our service team provides flexible and professional Contract Maintenance Packages covering a wide range of equipment and installed systems, with or without software system control.

We provide a consultative approach to our maintenance support, creating bespoke packages to suit individual requirements.

Most of our contracts include:

1. Between 1 and 4 preventative visits per year when routine servicing is undertaken.
2. All parts and labour costs (certain exclusions apply)
3. Same Day or Next Working Day response.
4. Loan equipment option to enable your system to function while your own equipment is repaired.

5. Fully qualified engineers specifically trained in fault finding on complex installations including expert knowledge of AMX and Crestron control systems.



The service level agreement with key performance indicators can include:
• set response time to calls
• supply of loan equipment to cover equipment downtime
• telephone technical assistance
• complimentary collection and delivery of equipment within Scotland
• onsite technical assistance, where necessary, for repair and maintenance work
• agreed number of maintenance checks per annum
• evaluation of response time from the time of the call to the completion of the job


Each maintenance programme is designed in accordance with your budget and equipment needs to provide a number of maintenance checks per year, in line with manufacturer's recommendations, to help to protect the investment made in equipment. This ensures equipment continues at an optimum performance while improving and sustaining the reliability and longevity of your asset.
